Please call the hotline number 1800 675 398 to organize a Covid-19 test or call our practice to book a telephone consultation with one of our doctors to find out more details about testing. Please contact reception via phone prior to making a booking or visiting the medical centre.
 
Dedicated screening clinics have been established across Melbourne hospitals, clinics and pathology centres. Patients who have symptoms compatible with COVID-19 may present to these screening centres by calling the hotline.

It is important to have a yearly flu vaccine to protect against the new flu ‘strains’.

People over 65 and those with chronic conditions may be eligible for a free Government-funded vaccine.

Under the COVID-19 National Health Plan, to protect our staff and patients during the Covid-19 Pandemic, Chelsea Arcade Medical urges patients presenting with symptoms to avoid entering the practice for a face-to-face appointment until a doctor has assessed the patients via a Telehealth phone consultation.
